The animals are raised on organic feeds and pastures and have plenty of space to roam around. We love our animals and treat them with respect. They have a wonderful life except for one bad day which they do not live to regret.
Beef is available July to Oct. Price is $3.75/lb. dressed weight. Dressed weight is the weight of the cleaned carcass before cutting. There is some loss of bone and fat during cutting,so the final weight varies. Minimum order is a split side(half a side). Split sides typically weigh 100 to 130 lb. dressed weight. You can have it cut any way you like at the butcher, Quinn's Meats in Yarker.
Pork is available in November. Price is $3.50/lb. dressed weight. Minimum order is a split side. Splits weigh 35 to 60 lb. Quinn's will cut it to your specifications.
Chicken is available June/July and Oct/Nov. We are restricted by the Chicken Farmers of Ontario in the number we can sell without a (very costly) quota. Get your name on the waiting list!
